Cyberpunk 2077 FPS Boost and Performance Fix

Cyberpunk 2077 had a rough start due to performance and stability issues, these few changes may improve your experience until CDPR comes out with some fixes and patches. 

The good thing is that this will help regardless of your specs, the bad news is that these workarounds will not magically fix everything.

First, make sure minimum system requirements are met, windows 10 and your graphics card drivers are updated to the latest version.

Download ISLC (Intelligent standby list cleaner) - This program allows you to free up background resources.

Anti-Aliasing FXAA: Off.

Set DLSS to Performance / Ultra Performance if you don't mind the blurriness.

AMD or NVIDIA GPU that doesn't support DLSS
It’s been recommended Nvidia owners only use this if unable to use DLSS
Turn ON Dynamic FidelityFX CAS
Set FidelityFX Minimum Resolution to 90 and maximum to 100.
It causes image artifacting if you set it below 90

Open cmd, run it as admin and copy the code below

press right-click and Enter

Right-click on power notification on the taskbar select Power Options and select Ultimate Performance plan.

Disabling Steam Overlay is recommended.

Set Priority

After launching the game, open the Task Manager, find the Cyberpunk process, "Go to details", right-click the process and "set priority" to "Realtime".

Edit platformgameplay.ini

Change the value to 0.00

Disables intro videos so you can start the game from "Press any key to continue" screen.

DILYSI

A vehicle better handling mod.

Crashes now happen.

Motorcycles don't bounce into the air as much.

This mod doesn't make your car/bike faster.
